A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett

I read this last month for a book club. And I was surprised that I not only liked it but that it wasn't especially boring. Now it's not and exciting book. But it's good! The biggest surprise was the fact that her dad really dies! I know it's shocking, because I've never seen a version where her dad really dies. But I think that it makes the book better! I like the dignity with which she tries to live her life! Sunday in Relief Society we were talking about virtue and I cannot help but think that this little girl has it!
